Refund policy
Every Forever Tagged piece is personalized and made to order just for you, so our refund policy is a little different from a typical store's. Here's how we take care of you if something isn't right.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
We want you to love your piece. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or isn't the item you ordered, email us at jonathan@forevertagged.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo showing the whole item and the issue
- A photo of the packaging, if it was damaged in transit
Once we've reviewed it, we'll send you a free reprint or a full refund for the affected item, whichever you prefer. There's no need to send anything back.
Returns for change of mind
Because each piece is made to order with your names, photos, dates or details, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong size or color, or typos and photos supplied in your personalization. Please double-check your spelling, dates and photos before placing your order.
Proofs for custom canvases
For our custom house and pet canvases, we email you a digital proof before anything is printed. Please review it carefully, since your approval confirms the spelling, dates and details. Production begins once you approve, and approved proofs can't be changed or returned for personalization errors.
Changes and cancellations
Need to fix a detail or cancel? Email us at jonathan@forevertagged.comwithin 12 hours of placing your order, before production begins, and we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once your piece is in production, we can't guarantee changes or cancellations.
Lost packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in a while or your package hasn't arrived, please check your shipping address and with your local post office, then email us with your order number. We'll work with our production partner and the carrier to find it, and if it's confirmed lost, we'll make it right with a reprint or refund.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
